Project Overview
Parthenon Pictures partnered with YADA to produce a 30-second narrative commercial for the launch of the BEON Dash Camera in Walmart. Positioned as a point-of-sale commercial, the goal was to drive immediate purchase in Walmart stores by appealing directly to parents’ emotions and emphasizing the product’s unique features.
In addition to the commercial, we also produced a step-by-step installation video, ensuring that the brand continued to engage customers after purchase with clear, helpful instructions.

Our point-of-sale strategy focuses on the parents of teenagers, the primary demographic, by demonstrating a compelling need for a dash camera like BEON. From its practical benefits, such as ease of use and portability, to its accessibility in Walmart stores nation-wide, parents can feel confident in their purchasing decision.
“Point-of-sale” Strategy

Storytelling Approach
We crafted a contained, emotionally-driven story designed to connect with parents on a visceral level. The narrative placed the viewer in the shoes of a family imagining the worst-case scenario: their teenage child in a car accident, alone. The BEON Dash Camera becomes a reassuring presence, a “witness” that provides both protection and peace of mind.

Captures footage of all crash events, revealing the dash camera through billowing smoke, and showcasing the product’s reliability.

Easily removable for flexibility and portability. In one seamless shot, our teenage character detaches the dash camera.

Clips onto clothing to double as a body camera for conversations after an accident. Shows the teenage character interact with the other driver while the dash camera records.
